Traveling, traveling, traveling!

Phew! I’m back from all sorts of travels across the country. Well, more like from Detroit to Atlanta, and then Detroit to Indiana. So perhaps it’s not that intense! But I’m glad to be back for a bit. I’m heading out to Seattle next week just for a few days. I haven’t been there in almost three years, so it should be fun! Look out, record stores!

On Nov. 14, I was in Atlanta for work. I was speaking at a conference, and had the cool chance to speak inside Coca-Cola’s world headquarters. Swanky! The place is huge and, of course, there’s free Coke all over. From vending machines, no less. While I was there, I had the chance to check out the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coke with two of my bloggy buddies, Josh Hallett and Dave Coustan. I hadn’t been to Georgia since I was 18, so it was really cool to tour some of the touristy attractions with a native and a regular. “Isn’t that the same thing,” you’re asking? Nah. Check out some photos from the aquarium and Coke, as I think they tell a pretty good story about my adventure down south. (Photos are various sizes because I’m too lazy to resize them right now.)

P.S. On a happy note, my plane was on the way to Atlanta was delayed by just a few hours before we had to get off and get on a different plane due to “too many mechanical problems.” Thanks, Northwest!
