I’m still impressed with the new Westin Book Cadillac. I stopped there for dinner on Monday night after press days at the 2009 North American International Auto Show and ended up in the Motor Bar with a glass of wine and the fanciest grilled cheese I’ve seen in a while. Made with goat cheese, among others, this was pretty tasty:
